C6000 Trace License (trace tool)

C6000 tace license applicable to a trace probe to
enable the decoding of data and program flow traces emitted
by an C6000 core and captured off-chip by a trace probe.
Requires a PowerTrace Serial, a serial preprocessor, or
an AutoFocus II Preprocessor (for parrallel trace).

trace preprocessor or PowerTrace Serial
please add its serial number to your quotation request.
