Our CombiProbe 2 is a compact debug and trace system that provides our full feature set to embedded systems with compact trace ports of up to 4 bits wide.
Probe to record analog signals from a 20 pin IDC connector: 4 Channels 0..5 V 12 Bit Resolution, 3 Current Sense Channels, Conversion Rate 625K Samples/Sec. The probe requires one of the following modules. PowerIntegrator (LA-7940), PowerIntegrator II (LA-3940/3941/3942), PowerTrace II (LA-7692/7693/7694), PowerTrace Serial (LA-3120/3520/3555/3560). CombiProbe (LA-4502), CombiProbe 2 (LA-3060) and MicroTrace (LA-3050). For CombiProbe, CombiProbe 2 and MicroTrace the converter LA-4508 is required. For CombiProbe 2 and MicroTrace we recommend to use the Mixed-Signal Probe (LA-2500) instead of this analog probe. The probe is not suitable for PowerTrace III (LA-2520/2521), PowerTrace II Lite (LA-3580/3581), PowerTrace Serial 2 (LA-3121/3122). For those devices, you can use the Mixed-Signal Probe (LA-2500) instead (except for PowerTrace II Lite). Includes a 20 pin male-male adaptor.

Converter from a MIPI20T to a MIPI60 connector, designed to connect a MIPI20T-HS Whisker (from a CombiProbe or MicroTrace) to a target with MIPI60 connector. Can be used for debugging with optional 4-bit trace if a MIPI60 connector is mounted on the target.
Converter from a MIPI20T to a MICTOR38 connector with ETM pin-out, designed to connect a MIPI20T-HS Whisker (from a CombiProbe or MicroTrace) to a target with MICTOR38 connector. Can be used for debugging with optional 4-bit trace if a MICTOR38 connector with 4-bit ETM pin-out is mounted on the target.
Converter from a MIPI20T to a TI-14 debug connector, designed to connect the debug lines of a MIPI20T-HS Whisker (from a CombiProbe or MicroTrace) to a target with TI-14 connector. Can be used for debugging if a TI-14 connector is mounted on the target, which is used on many targets with processors from Texas Instruments. There is a pin header to optionally receive trace signals from elsewhere.
Converter from a MIPI20T to an IDC20A debug connector, designed to connect the debug signals of a MIPI20T-HS Whisker (from a CombiProbe or MicroTrace) to a target with IDC20A connector. Can be used for debugging if an IDC20A connector is mounted on the target, which is used on many targets with Arm SoCs or Arm-compatible SoCs. There is a pin header to optionally receive trace signals from elsewhere.
Converter from a MIPI20T to a MIPI34 connector, designed to connect a MIPI20T-HS Whisker (from a CombiProbe or MicroTrace) to a target with MIPI34 connector. Can be used for debugging with optional 4-bit trace if a MIPI34 connector is mounted on the target. There is a pin header to optionally receive trace signals from elsewhere. Can be used to connect the debug signals of a MIPI20T-HS Whisker to an AUTOFOCUS II MIPI preprocessor or a PowerTrace Serial.
