Converter MIPI-20T to MIPI-34

Converter from a MIPI20T to a MIPI34 connector,
designed to connect a MIPI20T-HS Whisker (from a CombiProbe
or MicroTrace) to a target with MIPI34 connector.
Can be used for debugging with optional 4-bit trace
if a MIPI34 connector is mounted on the target.
There is a pin header to optionally receive trace signals from elsewhere.
Can be used to connect the debug signals of a MIPI20T-HS Whisker to
an AUTOFOCUS II MIPI preprocessor or a PowerTrace Serial.
