Converter from a MIPI20T to a MICTOR38 connector with ETM pin-out,
designed to connect a MIPI20T-HS Whisker (from a CombiProbe
or MicroTrace) to a target with MICTOR38 connector.
Can be used for debugging with optional 4-bit trace if a
MICTOR38 connector with 4-bit ETM pin-out is mounted on the target.
