Requires one of the following PowerDebug base modules:
PowerDebug Interface USB 3/USB 2/USB, PowerDebug II,
PowerDebug Ethernet, PowerTrace Ethernet, PowerDebug Interface.

Not supported are:
PowerDebug X-Series, PowerDebug E-Series, PowerDebug PRO.
