Arm® Trace License (debug probe)
Arm tace license applicable to a debug probe to
enable the decoding of ETM data and program flow traces emitted
by an Arm core.
Requires a Debug Probe (cable).
Requires a PowerDebug base module.
If you are adding this license to an existing
Debug Probe (Debug Cable or CombiProbe),
add its serial number to your quotation request.
This license is not required to decode ETM trace emitted by Cortex-M
cores.
This license is usually only required for on-chip trace, as the tools for
off-chip trace usually include a trace license already.
