Converter from Samtec40 HSSTP and/or from two Mictor38
to FMC (FPGA Mezzanine Card).connector.
This converter brings suitable connectors for off-chip trace recording
to evaluation boards by AMD Xilinx which have only an FMC connector,
but neither a Samtec40 connector (for serial off-chip trace)
nor Mictor38 connectors (for parallel off-chip trace).
The converter features 4 additional LEDs and a 156.25 MHz oscillator.
