All RESERVED-pins (pin 57-69, 71-77, 79-80) must be left unconnected.
The PCIe reference clock (pin 52/54) must be driven by the root complex (target).
Pin 70 must be driven GND.
VCCSENSE (pin 78) must supply the same voltage level as WAKE and PWRGOOD (pin 51/53). Normally the voltage level is 3.3V.
