Strategic Business Development Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Development of relevant business areas with strategic foresight and establishment of valuable customer relationships
- Development of sales concepts with a view to new customers, penetration of key -accounts and new industries and markets
- Initial contact with customers and development of a trusting business relationship
- Confident (re-) presentation of our value proposition and consultation on product level
- Profitable use of the network with constant expansion
- Implementation of quotation preparation, price negotiations and quotation tracking
- Close exchange with the marketing and support team for maximum customer satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Profound knowledge and proficiency of the German language
- Successfully completed degree with a technical focus
- Good technical understanding and interest in computer and software systems
- 3+ years of experience in sales and management of (key) accounts and corresponding domain expertise in the embedded systems area
- Hands-on mentality paired with professional pragmatism with high implementation strength
- Very good people skills, emphatic and inspiring through a winning demeanour
- Strong communication skills in English
- Active in an international environment and willingness to travel internationally with a focus on the DACH region and Eastern Europe
