Senior IT Applications/Operations Expert
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management, administration and strategic development of our IT infrastructure, application systems and digitization of our business processes
- Analysis and evaluation of requirements as an interface to departments and, if necessary service providers
- Conception, setup and introduction of business applications, definition and implementation of technical acceptance tests
- Independent implementation of error analysis, performance measurements, monitoring and tuning measures
- Creation and review of operational documentation
- Direct reporting to management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Profound knowledge and proficiency of the German language
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, IT business administration or a comparable training
- Several years of practical experience in IT operations of complex IT systems, infrastructures, additional applications and their interaction
- Enthusiasm for the digitization of business processes
- In-depth knowledge of IT administration
- Experience with scripting, automation and test procedures
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex application environments
- Motivating and inspiring appearance in a team, high ability to work in a team
