Supported Compilers

Imagine a being no longer tied into a particular compiler toolchain where you are free to pick the compiler that provides the optimum feature set for your embedded development. The TRACE32 debug and trace system from Lauterbach is designed to work with all standard compilers which generate ELF/DWARF debug symbols. Multiple high-level languages are supported for debugging, such as:

• C
• C++
• ADA
• Java
• Pascal
• PLM
• Fortran

Support for more is always being added.

Many additional load options are available, including various binary formats that allow you to work without access to debug symbols or source code.

A number of other compiler formats and speciality compilers are also supported, providing support for both older and unusual cores. Other compiler formats can be added upon request. Please contact support@lauterbach.com if you feel this is required
