  Introduction
The emulation memory modules for TRACE32-ICE are available in 3 types. The SDIL module is a small board which fits to the ECC8, ECU32 or ECC32 module.

The SRAM is a separate module with up to 8 MBytes of emulation memory.

The DRAM module is for emulation of large memories at lower costs, if the emulation speed is not such critical.
