Debugger/Trace for X-GOLD 102-PMB7890
Hofolding, February 2008 - LAUTERBACH, the market and technology leader in hardware debuggers and real-time trace tools, announced that the TRACE32-CombiProbe tool option is now available for the new X-GOLD 102-PMB7890 product from Infineon, a GSM-GPRS Single Chip Solution for mobile phone applications.
TRACE32-CombiProbe is a combination of a special debug cable and 128-MB of trace memory. For the X-GOLD 102 family CombiProbe provides:
- an OCDS debugger for the C166S V2 core
- a program flow real-time trace for the C166S V2 (MCDS)
- a JTAG debugger for the TeakLite core
This added support brings a mature high end debugging solution to X-GOLD 102. Included in the TRACE32 PowerView software are the efficient and user-friendly HLL debugger for C and C++, the program flow trace, run time statistics and the flash programming tool for the external flash memory. TRACE32-CombiProbe is used together with the universal Lauterbach debugger hardware (USB2.0 or ethernet) and runs under Windows, Linux and on Workstations.
