Field Application Engineer

Your Job:

Western Regional Field Applications Engineer
Technical Support/Trainer for JTAG debuggers and Emulation Tools

Your responsibilities include

- Assisting customers to get the best usage from their Lauterbach tools.
- Assist sales team with technical aspects of sales.
- Use problem solving skills to resolve debugger setup issues.
- Present customer training courses.

Your Profile:

Ideal candidate will be an organized, high energy, self motivated individual with experience using a JTAG debugger. Experience with C/C++ development and familiarity with 16/32/64-bit microcontroller design is desired. Candidate should exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Candidate will be comfortable with some travel.

Skills and Education:

BSEE or BSCS.
3+ years experience in hardware/software design is desired.
Excellent communication skills. Good trouble shooting skills. Comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
