Connect Pin 39,40,41,42 and 43 to GND

At least a resistor (100Ohms) should be added between pin 31 and pin 14. This will decouple JTAG signals from trace signals. Connect the cpu pin (TDO/PC1) directly to pin 31 and place the resistor close to pin 31.
